Shipping
Order deliveries are made through courier services within 24/72 hours for national shipments, depending on the type of shipment selected by the customer. FELER FELER is fully responsible for ensuring that its products are delivered in perfect working order. Therefore, FELER is liable for any damage or loss that may occur to any of its products during transit from its warehouses to the delivery location.
The normal delivery time for the package from when it is shipped from the warehouses of FELER It's from:
- 24/72 hours for standard shipments.
It's important to start counting from when you receive the shipping confirmation email, as the order isn't shipped until then. Order processing time before shipping can vary between 0 and 24 hours.

In cases where the customer considers that the delivery is delayed to such an extent that they no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is their responsibility to cancel the purchase order in accordance with FELER's terms and conditions of sale.
Cancellation of shipment after the order has been placed is not possible. If the order has already been shipped, the customer is obligated to accept the product. The cancellation will not be valid until both the customer and FELER Customer Service have confirmed it via email.
*Cash on delivery payments will incur an additional €3 shipping charge.
Returns
FELER is known for the quality of its products and customer service. Therefore, our Returns Policy is based on simplicity and ease in accepting product returns.
Regarding the return, this can be due to 3 reasons:
- Product with a manufacturing defect, damaged or incorrect. In this case, FELER assumes full responsibility for the costs associated with the return.
- Right of withdrawal. The Consumer Protection Act establishes a right for all consumers to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. In this case, FELER is not responsible for the return, and the customer must bear the associated costs.
- Exchange for another product. If the User is not satisfied with the products received in their order and wishes to exchange them for another product from our store, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of 14 calendar days to do so, without penalty and without needing to state the reasons. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the order to FELER .
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its original labels, packaging, and—where applicable—documentation and accessories. If the User fails to comply with these conditions, FELER reserves the right to refuse the return.
* Products "with personalization" cannot be returned.
Please note that a discrepancy between a product on the website and its physical form does not constitute grounds for return, provided that the two are similar in appearance. Images may have been altered to improve their display.
