These “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” govern access to and use of the Website, www.felersunglasses.com, owned by FELER , as well as its subdomains and the products and services offered therein.
Similarly, this Terms and Conditions of Use agreement constitutes the entire agreement governing the purchase of products through the FELER website (www.felersunglasses.com). Access to and use of this website by the customer and/or user implies, unequivocally and without reservation, the customer's and/or user's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Therefore, all users of the website are advised to read these Terms and Conditions before browsing the site or purchasing any of the products offered therein.
1. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
The purchase of any of the products offered on the Website is carried out following the standard purchase procedure used in electronic commerce.
Prior to payment for each product, the user must confirm that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, ending with the payment for the product.
Subsequently, the user will receive a confirmation email in the account used to purchase the product, informing them about the order reference number, the product purchased and the price paid for it.
At this time, the purchase agreement between the user and FELER is fully formalized.
Finally, the user will receive an email informing them about the dispatch of the product shipment from FELER's warehouses.
All products are subject to availability at the time of purchase. If a product is out of stock, FELER will contact the customer to inform them of the situation and to assist them with their right to cancel the purchase. wish to exercise it.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, there may be situations where, due to exceptional circumstances that prevent the processing of a purchase order, FELER is obliged to reject an order. 2. PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD
The prices for each product will be those published on the Website at any given time. FELER reserves the right to modify the prices of products published on the Website without prior consent; however, such price modifications will not affect products for which the user has already received a purchase confirmation.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, errors may occur in the published product prices, and FELER is obligated to rectify this situation as soon as it is discovered. If a purchase is made for a product with an incorrect price, FELER will, upon becoming aware of the error, offer the user the option to reconfirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel the transaction. If no agreement is reached, the purchase agreement will be canceled and the price paid by the user will be refunded.
Furthermore, the user is informed that in order to apply the above exception, the price error must be clear and obvious, so that it can be easily recognized as an error by the user.
The accepted payment methods are as follows:
- The user's own personal credit or debit card. VISA and MASTERCARD cards will be accepted.
- Secure payment platform AMAZON PAYMENT, through the user's private and personal account.
- Cash on delivery service with a €3 surcharge upon delivery of the package. Payment service not available for international shipments.
The user's personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. SHIPPING
FELER will deliver the orders in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user in the corresponding form within 24/48 hours.
FELER is fully responsible for ensuring that its products are delivered in perfect working order. Therefore, FELER is liable for any damage or loss that may occur to any of its products during transit from its warehouses to the delivery location.
FELER assumes no responsibility when the delivery of orders is not made as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete, as well as for causes attributable to the user.
FELER considers payment confirmation a necessary condition for maintaining delivery deadlines. However, the delivery times indicated to the user are estimates and may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delays, you will be informed promptly.
- RETURN POLICY
FELER is known for the quality of its products and customer service. Therefore, our Returns Policy is based on simplicity and ease in accepting product returns.
Regarding the return, this can be due to two reasons:
- Product with manufacturing defect, damaged or wrong (FELER is fully responsible for the costs associated with the return).
- Right of withdrawal. The Consumer Protection Act establishes a right for all consumers to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. FELER is not responsible for the costs associated with the return in the event of withdrawal (these are the responsibility of the buyer).
- Personalized glasses cannot be returned.

Please note that according to our Returns Policy, we do not accept returns of our products more than 14 days after you received your order.
Once the product returned by the customer has been received, FELER will be responsible for refunding the amount paid in full or replacing, repairing or changing the product within the next 48 hours.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation, taking care to avoid any damage to the product during the return, otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a full refund of the amount paid for the returned product.
Please ensure you ship the product securely to avoid damage. The goods remain your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse (address indicated on the Exchange or Withdrawal Forms).

5. WARRANTY
All products offered on the Website have an official FELER warranty of three years duration, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
A product will be considered to meet the conditions of use provided it meets the following conditions:
- Suitability and fitness for the normal use of a product of the same type or category.
- Similarity to the description of qualities and specifications of the product provided by FELER.
- Existence of the expected quality and performance in a product of the same type or category.
- Absence of defects of any kind in the manufacture of our products.
- Acceptance by the FELER team for other uses not previously considered.
If the above conditions of use are not met, FELER is responsible for repairing, replacing, reducing the price or, where appropriate, terminating the purchase agreement at no cost to the user.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and repair requests, so please keep your receipt or invoice.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the existence of misuse or improper use by the user, whether due to error, omission or imprudence of any kind, will be sufficient grounds to exempt FELER from liability for warranty.

6. LEGAL AMENDMENTS
FELER reserves the right to review and modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. The user will be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use at the time of their acceptance, unless any modification is required to have retroactive effect due to a legal obligation, in which case such modifications will apply to orders already confirmed.
7. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATIONS
Applicable law requires that some of the information and communications sent by FELER to the user be in writing.

FELER will maintain communications with the user via email or through postings on the Website. The user consents to this means of communication and agrees to communicate with FELER through this means, acknowledging that all notices, information, and/or communications sent by FELER electronically comply with all legal requirements.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Furthermore, for any issues or disputes that may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use or the Website, the user and FELER agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Murcia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
